Shipping
Items will be shipped using USPS in a padded envelope, or bubble mailer, to ensure the items are shipped as safely and cost-effectively as possible.
Payment can be accepted via PayPal or Stripe, both which accept major credit cards. Orders are shipped within 1 - 3 business days, and only after payment is received.

First item: $3.50
Additional items: $1.00 per item
To ensure the highest cleanliness of JBJewelz products, all items are cleaned immediately prior to shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your JBJewelz products, you have the option to return your order.
Please contact us within 14 days from the date of shipment received, and ship items back within 21 days from the date of shipment received
Items must be returned in their original condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If returning, please ship items to the JBJewelz return address listed on the packing label.
JBJewelz currently does not accept exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
